All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
The total delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 business days. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspection, adverse weather conditions or unexpected logistics situations, which are beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently only provide shipping services to Europe and the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the above regions will be cancelled automatically.
4. Tax & Duties
All prices displayed on our website are tax inclusive. There are no additional hidden fees, import duties or miscellaneous charges for customers during delivery and customs clearance.
5. Shipping Fee
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and product weight. We occasionally launch preferential free shipping activities, and the activity rules shall be subject to the real-time display on the website.
6. Package Tracking
After the goods are dispatched, we will send a tracking number to the customer's reserved email. Customers can track the logistics transportation status in real time through the tracking link.
7. Lost or Damaged Package
If the package is lost, damaged or missing during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will verify the situation and provide solutions such as re-delivery or refund.
