Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom products
  • Clearance items
  • Intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)

Return Process

  1. Email us at  fw390100253@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will approve and send a return label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the item back.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund.

Shipping Fees

  • Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping.
  • Personal reasons: Customer pays return shipping.

Refund Time
