Return & Refund Policy

We sincerely provide high-quality original silicone molds and thoughtful service for every customer. Please read our return and refund rules carefully.

  1. Basic Return Rule

    Only brand new, unused, unopened and intact products are eligible for return and exchange. Once used, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Normal Product Features Explanation

    Our silicone molds are handmade original products. Slight polishing marks, surface lines, tiny subtle flaws, slight material odor and uneven manual trimming are all normal production phenomena, which do not belong to quality problems, and cannot be used as reasons for return or refund.

  3. Quality Problem After-sales Service

    If you receive goods with obvious deformation, crack, missing parts, serious uneven surface and other major quality defects, please contact our customer service by email within 7 days after receiving the package, and provide clear pictures or videos for verification. We support free replacement or full refund.

  4. Accessory Damage Supplementary Rule

    If the dust-proof box or other matching accessories are damaged upon arrival, please take photos and contact customer service in time, we will arrange free resupply for you.

  5. Return Time Limit

    All valid return applications must be submitted within 30 days after customers sign for the goods. Applications exceeding the time limit will not be accepted.

  6. Shipping Cost Regulation


  • Return caused by our serious quality problems: we undertake all shipping fees.
  • Voluntary return for personal preference or subjective reasons: the buyer shall bear all shipping fees for delivery and return.

  1. Refund Process

    After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will complete the refund within 3-5 working days and return the money to the original payment channel.
